I bought this item on Ebay in December 2019 for $19.99. It is 3″ x 4″ square and 3/4″ thick. It is marble with the engraved, adhesive plate attached. There are four engraved words in each corner with a name engraved at the top center:

• Top left- Colt
• Top Center- Bob
• Top right- SEAD (acronym of unknown definition)
• Bottom left- IBEW (referencing the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers)
• Bottom right- ARRCOM (United States Army Armament Materiel Readiness Command)
