This rifle is a Colt factory anodized Flat Dark Earth (FDE) LE6940. If I have the time frame correct, these were made around 2012. They were a limited edition of 500 rifles.

They featured Magpul FDE furniture consisting of a CTR stock, trigger guard, pistol grip, rear sight, rail covers and foregrip. The rifle also included two 30-round PMAGS, sling, cleaning kit and operators manual.
