The limited edition Colt Z-COTE series of weapons are a not well known chapter in Colts storied firearm history. I have added a section to the site today with some information that has been gathered. I nearly had one of the Z-Cote rifles, nearly… slipped right through my hands. Gun store ‘counter guy’ stole it before I could buy this off the rack! He didn’t know what it was, until I showed interest. Ha!
